I'm trying to translate Anasteema's Tea Party https://f95zone.to/threads/transltion-request-anasteemas-tea-party.50501/
with MTool but when I drag the game.exe onto MTool to start the translation, the game opens onto a black screen and closes immediately.

Anasteema is a Wolf RPG game, I'm on japanese locale and windows 11. I've restarted my computer multiple times and have attempted to translate multiple times. Any help on this matter?

Man, I sure hope this program is safe. I installed it but I couldn't really make it work so I then tried to delete the Mtool folder again but it won't let me. It says that I don't have the authorization. As someone who doesn't really understand most PC stuff, that's quite scary to be honest...

Just an FYI to those that might have seen previous comments in this thread about the GPT model being 4mini and not 3.5 anymore. That's false. It's still the 3.5 model.

Could any one tell me how to disable autosave? The game keeps crashing because of it and the prompt telling me how to disable disappears too fast for me to read it.

But you can't, because in the latest versions it was removed. And in 4.8.31 it works like this, i.e. it doesn't work. Or am I missing something?

So I'm trying to translate the game '逃离完结篇修正一-联动版' (The game is RPGMVX and in chinese) using MTool. I'm on chinese locale for the game and I've tried both CHS to EN and CHT to EN using both Llama3 and ChatGPT, but the translations keep coming out like this.

Is there a way to fix this? I don't really know why it's doing this.

is there any way to translate the name of the variables and stuff within MTool? Hooked into an older version flirty stepsister and the tool showed translated variables, but the newer version shows the variables in Japanese.

Hey, so...today, I opened MTool and updated it (since it gave me the message) but after the restart, the "kmyHook" got immediately flagged a trojan. Last time I opened it was a week ago or something and, even if it was for just a couple of minutes, it didn't give me any troubles.
Anyone got the same problem or knows anything? Maybe an update error or a false positive?

Same here, been using it for ages and suddenly today it gets flagged. It's most likely a false positive as per usual, since this is a very generic detection and various hooks always come up in heuristic analysis as shady.

The fact that almost nothing actually flags it is usually a telltale sign it's a false positive and yeah, very common with various hooking executables.
