Well I have fapped to Shark Lagoon games and they look like from 14 years ago even if they were made this year.
I saw tentacles, belly bulging so I'm gonna try it out, if the game movie does have mosaics I'm reporting back here and put the game movie(thread) on my ignore list where it belongs.

Why is it required, the censorship I mean?

It's because selling uncensored items in Japan is prohibited by law.
And, that law only affects items selling in Japan, so you can found out uncensored items that sell overseas.
