I don't know if it's complete, but I've unlocked almost everything. Maybe someone knows how to get past Act 4? Transfer the save file to AppData\Local\Mudrock.
Act 4 is just three enemies which go down easy with the power armor. Without it, it's basically an instant loss though. Not much beyond the defeat scene.

The character's debuffs/modifiers such as large breasts, pregnancy, futanari, actually being reflected in most of the animations and art is actually kind of insane. Especially since when you like go back to the first enemy and realize that the debuffs from future enemies is in that first enemy's variants? Like who even puts that much work in? Mad respect.
This is a dedicated developer and I'll definitely make sure to come back when this is fully complete. Let me know if the dev got any other previous games.

ST Hot Dog King is who I was thinking off, I don't know any other people that do breast pregnancy off the top of my head...
Hmmm, I could include it the RWBY game I want to make after the one I am working on is finished, maybe a bug grimm that does it or something, but those are thoughts for later.
That said, if you know any others I'd love to know, pregnancy and birth are two big fetishes of mine.
I wish more devs put that much thought into it.
I know variations are alot, but after the framework is down nothing stops a dev from going back and expanding/touching up older content.
For a fullscreen go to the task manager and right click on the app, then maximize it
How gore is this? Is the heroine getting dismembered, killed etc. or is it just like the preview picture ? (which doesn't look too extreme to me)

Don't know if you have already figured it out, but you have to keep going right, enter Rhodes Island through the ladder, then talk to Warfarin to unlock the first gate, the one right next to the save podium.
