How gore is this? Is the heroine getting dismembered, killed etc. or is it just like the preview picture ? (which doesn't look too extreme to me)

There are a couple of heavy gore/dismemberment scenes (although post dismemberment, you don't see it happening iirc). One is a loss scene to a boss and one is a selectable scene that I thought would lead to sex and ending up leading to getting chopped up (the butcher, I know.. I should have guessed).

I might have missed others.

This game has been in development for 3 years. DHW98 said that he needed to adjust/remake the game assets. However, a year has passed without any posts about the progress. So, most likely this game has been abandoned or he just needs more time to cook.

Also making you choose options with mouse and not keys? Covering both sides of the screen with ui and making the camera not move until you're right on the edge? Fucking amateur hour in here.

Visit the doctor in the right side area to get the key to area 1. Just keep walking and you will find it.

You can also use the arrow keys to move around. I personally think that works way better
