alright found ikemen it works but its called ikemen go but...it only has 6 slots i put one random slot which the other characters are avalable but its kinda annoying to gamble which character i want from random are there anyway to change the select screen? download one with more slots or something?

You can learn Ikemen coding to add more slots yourself or google and download a screenpack.
The game have different mode (it might change depend on custom package), but the basic is Arcade mode (story mode) allow you to fight with random character, VS mode allow you select opponent you want, you can play with other friend or CPU, Network mode allow you play online with other players.
However, this topic is Mugen, not Ikemen, it's unfair for the OP to keep off-topic, so I won't answer any question further than this.

Find the select.def file in your data folder(it could be in another folder in the data one depending on if another screen pack is used.
Then you find blanks or random selects and you can just : them out like :randomselect and put the characters name you put into the chars folder so like Miku:randomselect.
So for eg: if you have Miku as the character put her into the char folder and make sure the name of the folder is the same as the def of the character in miku's folder also.. this is still it directs and finds this character.

Rinse and repeat and if errors you will have to find what caused that.
For them to work can also be based on what version of mugen they run on also.

It's prob the option you have picked when you form your teams before you pick what fighters.

I'd hate to be that person but I don't do well with modding, it's not really something I can really do with ease like anyone else so I'm kind of a outcast in this community so I preferred to wait until someone just reveals their own modded version so I wouldn't have to

its super duper ez. Did you manage to download mugen hyper edition? because thats step one.
Step 2. Go to Hentai Char mugen and find characters you want. Download them. (i recommend making a new folder for them as a destination)
Step 3. Click the mugen hyped edition folder and look at all the stuff in it.
Step 4. Find the "Char" folder
Step 5. Manually move the downloaded characters folders into the char folder (you can glance around the folder to see an example)
Step 6. Click the "Data" folder
Step 7. Click the "MMMD" folder thats INSIDE the data folder
Step 8. Click the "Vselect" program inside the MMMD folder.
Step 9. Once the program opens up, all you need to do is click the squares where you want to assign characters. After clicking a square itll ask you to assign a char. manually type the name of the char folder they came with (for example "Lusty Male Charizards" folder was written as "Lusty_Male_Charizard")
Step 10. click save at the top left of the program, then close vselect
Step 11. Open Mugen, and enjoy!

I recomend adding maybe 1-2 characters at a time, simply to track if theres an issue with any misspellings in the vselect assignment.

thats a different mugen then the one on the OP of this thread, i made the list of instructions with the assumption thats the mugen you were using

This mugen has been the best one I've found so far. Getting decent mugen characters is a pain. Especially agressors.
