aight nvm, I just watched a YT video linked from some comment in this thread. Somebody link that in the main post so people know exactly what to do
Well, "arcade" mode means random enemies. The only way to fight a specific character is through "versus", but, since that's meant for 2 people, I haven't managed to make it work yet. Also I havent found a way to select the aggressor as an enemy at all, playing as a female character. It randomly chooses between like 5 aggressors only.
If you want to add anything yourself, you need to work with the select.def inside the MMMD folder. To add stages specifically, drop the stage files in the stages folder (in the main folder), and then add a new line in the select.def file towards the bottom. You'll see a big list of lines like 'stages/Rio slum street.def' just add a new line like that, but change it to the name of the stage def. This build's really nice, lots of characters that I haven't seen before!
Also, how do I add more stages to this? Tried adding one myself in the select.def file, but it ended up not loading. And to that extent, it almost seems like any change I made to the select.def file didn't work? Unless I'm getting confused on what they meant by putting the ; in front of the top/bottom thingies. Any help would be appreciated!
I'm considering putting together an 'expansion pack' of sorts if/when I find some more characters that fit the bill. I was able to find the gnoll pack, and since it's basically a TOBF reskin, that would work. I found a new Luna Himeki that has basic/early Kuromaru press compatibility, but it's rough. I also found a new Ingrid which is ready to go for both Brian and Minotaur.I've got a few less-common aggressors, if you are keen on adding more to the pack and possibly tweaking them too? In this case, gnoll, gnoll pack, and an odd fox-taur futa called Project Rose, that uses Tower of Bloody Fight. Seems to be a WIP, but I can't find the source for the life of me, the three were part of an old pack.
Edit: Also curious if you touched the Allosaurus. has some fun potential, but is way OP and the big mating move is a game-over. And if you had any clue what the two variables in it's code are concerning cvsIngred and some character called godzillen?
Ohh, I can only replace pre-existing stages? Alright I'll give that a try, thank you!If you want to add anything yourself, you need to work with the select.def inside the MMMD folder. Crashes happen when you have low RAM. Need more ram (about 16 Gbs will suffice)Its the first mugen game I am trying out and I got a lot of issues.
First of all the game crashes A LOT when starting matches. It canot start up a 2v2 with AIs or any turn based fight.
And everytime the game crashes you have to redo your whole changes to your keybinding.
Also I havent found a way to select the aggressor as an enemy at all, playing as a female character. It randomly chooses between like 5 aggressors only.
I don't know in what age author lives, but most of the 18+ edits have this by default. For example, on this image below, all of them have infinite kuromaru press that you can manage however you want. Most of them taken from hentai char mugen siteWell, if you want a (realtively) easy time as an agressor, play Sanae (the one to the right). She has a grab that cost 1000 power (you start with that much), that:
1. Has infinite reach in the x-axis
2. The opponent can't get out of
3. Doesn't end on it's own (you can end it with the Z button)
It's not exactly fighting game... it's for pornvery interesting project too bad I don't like fighting games
What? How did you go from my half-serious advice to people to insulting the OP (or did you mean me with "author")?I don't know in what age author lives, but most of the 18+ edits have this by default.
