Why should mura take the risk? If someone is suing him or fantia, his lifelyhood itself is in danger. It`s not some funny free project, he does this so he can pay his food.

I have no idea how Japanese copyright works, but I presume if an original publisher is motivated, he could nuke all of those too. It`s just it isn`t worth the effort. But mura has 19k follower on one of japans largest adult sites. There is a risk that mura is obviously not willing to take (anymore).
