If someone brings up "realism" as a reason to not include pregnancy in a FANTACY game they either haven't been on this site very long or didn't think about their reasoning enough to realize the technical reasons to not have it (double artwork if 2d CG or pixel, additional model animations if 3D, and then whatever said pregnancy results in).

Wish they had less monsters and more content per monster instead, but whatever i guess.
Side note, how the heck do you cure brainwash effect? Lost to the jellyfish thing once and now can't progress because like 70% of turns are skipped.

It cures basically everything except one special thing that you have to buy a cure for.

If I remember correctly, that's a compatibility error with your operating system. Right click on the .exe and see if you can use a different version of Windows -- I'm assuming this is Windows.
Pretty good content but there is still much room to grow
In my opinion, this type of game, with ero states/ corruption, cursed equipments/ living clothes, parasite/ infestations, these games could really combine with some good game mechanism, sex fight or pc corrupting others especially
CGs with these themes would be no better than ero comics or novels of the same content, but if players can have more interactions with the game world under these effects that is the real fun part
For example, in this game, pc has a lewdness counter but doesn't really have any effects, or if it does I couldn't find. It would be fun if pc with high lewdness could have stamina growth, activitely seek monsters to have sex, or even unlock sex battle mode, and have alt ending that pc corrupted the final boss and had sweet lesbian tentacle sex
and that tentacle clothes, why doesn't it rise ep based on sensitivity, and it only has effect during battle, if only tentacle clothes can give real time effect like when pc is walking she would constantly recieve ep increase and maybe other states (seriously there is already a time dependant effect you take a shower and have "refreshed" and you can walk it off why can't you walk with tentacle clothes on and have certain effect generated)
Welp guess I accidently brainstormed too much, the point is
Don't just make ero states themes in CGs and descriptions, please make these more interactable, more mechanism-based
I know how hard this could be, I made r18 game mods myself trying to achieve this, and it's not easy work...
But I insist, whether it's me or professional game devs, I hope someone can make such game one day
