I love both genres, NTR and NTS. The NTR branch started earlier simply because people voted for it. Rest assured, if you like the main character, you will like the NTS path. Besides, I'm not going to be too harsh on the main character on the NTR path in absolutely all branches. There will be good endings for him on the NTR path as well.

I was thrilled to learn that we'll have a happy ending in the NTR journey, unlike many games where the protagonist just gets screwed over and loses everything. This will make the game even more special. I know you don't like to give spoilers or say what might happen, but there's a chance of an ending with that lizard?
There's a goldmine here to explore quite a bit; it's hard to find games where the FMC has a relationship with monsters off the coast of the main protagonist or in NTS.

dev needs to do what his supporters want to see and to write what he likes.

i liked the game despite furry not being my thing. i know that heterosexual furry games are rare so i'm sure he'll want to lean into that to grow his audience.

but (and i'm not kink shaming) i would be happiest if he kept them like lizard scene. i control skipped through the tiger scene because that drawing seemed too close to bestiality for my taste.
