Overview:

So is this, My Little Sister's Special Place and My Girlfriend's Special place in any chronology or are they all like different story paths with the same characters?

IIRC it's an alternate story path where the two remaining girls from the first two games are romance options rather than the sister and girlfriend.

Played this game for half an hour and almost want to go back play the "prequel". Also Im somehow more interested in the clerk than the main girls

I was thinking the same about clerk-chan. It seems that her story needs to be told.
