Um, not solely ofc, but I do very much prefer a solid plot over "and then the MC bangs another one... and then the MC bangs another one... wow, isn't this fun and interesting?" That type of crap is way too prevalent in adult gaming (see 75+% of harem games out there, for example).

And most of these harems, no matter how you consider them plotless, are in the top 1-10... don't get me wrong, but harem games have risen quite a bit higher in terms of plot if you look at the ratings...
of course I understand there are a couple of similar games that are really boring when Mc so easily fucks everything that moves, but they still have to know how to create harems Vn plot, and this is quite a difficult task, but still some developers have done it and are getting more profit!
Is there a plot in this game? I don't know, all I see is some senseless antics of Mc where he turns his sister into a whore and other fucking with whoever he finds...
this game had a plot when he saved that girl from her tyrant father, when Mc played with fire with Mrs. Collins, and the build-up with goddesses and demons about brain control and the slow rapprochement with Molly...
MBD has a lot to explore and develop and there are characters it could bring to the forefront with sex scenes and plots, and not just on the sister and some "so-called glory hole plot" but...
and now... we'll live and see where the story goes. Hey, I'm not trying to say anything against your opinion, but harem plots can't be underestimated.

Well, as you say, it depends entirely upon the harem game. For instance, there's one that's really popular (about delicious MILFs, if that gives you a good enough hint) that are just bang, bang, bang, bang... no story development whatsoever. They are incredibly boring and frustrating to play. There are others that are a fantasy or sci-fi setting, though, that are very good. I don't care about whether someone likes or dislikes the gloryhole stuff, but... it at least does actually tie into the malfunctioning-power-goddess-comatose stuff a little bit. Being completely objective, there's no reason to think that can't be a plot item. If you hate that type of content, that's ofc fine; but you can't also claim it has nothing to do with the plot at all. Pretending there's no connection at all is not actually being objective — it literally ties to the current situation. Like I also said before, though, I don't think you can follow that thread very far: this is My Best Deal, after all, not Some Random Dude's Best Deal.

It's not about me not liking or liking glory content, but about what's being shoved in our faces where Mc should turn into a pimp and the same roleplay-style parties with a sister in a dog collar and so a couple of updates about it and spin...
at this rate I wouldn't even be surprised if there's a group with a sister and a couple of guys and at the end he tells us "the goddess is sick, it's for the sake of the plot". This is a joke (although we should be afraid of jokes lol)
As I said, we'll live and see where the story goes, or one of us will be right or wrong after a few updates. We better shut this disscusion crap down before it grows into a controversy.

Saying you don't like it being in your face is kind of what I was talking about, though. You're still saying that the fact that you don't like it somehow means it can't be plot-related. But I do agree that PirotKing can't take that very far before it absolutely becomes a tangent and stops being actually tied to the goddess' power somehow malfunctioning (i.e., turning the girl influenced into a mindless sex addict).
It's always possible we both are right, you know. It could be the dev's intent to have this all tie back to the goddess (like he says it does) but then run with it for far too long so it becomes a whole other full path in the game or something. In that case, I would be correct (that it is part of the plot) and you would be correct (that he let it get away from him and started making that content regularly). And obviously I can't predict the future. I'm willing for now to withhold criticizing this too much, since (1) it is optional; and (2) it hasn't gone on that long. Ofc, I personally will only know what folks here say — whether it keeps happening later — since I made choices to avoid any kind of mindless increase for Rin so she wouldn't get corrupted by someone else. And if that does turn out to be the case, I will join in the criticism, though it may very well be for different reasons.

1. known bug on this and few other games translated from russian to english.
2. it works but this is more kinetic than visual novel aka most choices don't impact game.
If you all fell that i am trying to create some platform like it has been said please tell me because that it not my intention at all. Maybe some of you understand what i was trying to get across. Point out post of mine that may not be understood over excessive and i will delete them. Sorry if i may have caused some confusion, sometimes you know what you want to say lol but have trouble putting it into words that others can understand.

Just started on this game today and i am at the point where i have to choose what kind of power to use on Annie. So what are these choices anyway? I assume i could treat this like good vs evil, maning black eyes would be kind of evil manipulative/corruption route from what i have seen and purple would be more seduction/love route im guessing? Im thinking going purple route would be better?
