My life is getting busier these days, and there are times where I feel like continuing the mod takes up way more time than it's worth. In addition, there's also the somewhat consistent issue that some users will have with saves and language switching. My last iteration of the in-game WT mod will be v3.8.5. I went ahead and updated the PDF walkthrough for v3.9, but I am unsure if I will even continue that in the future. I apologize to anybody who was eagerly awaiting the mod update, but as it stands right now with both my personal life and my own inadequacies when it comes to coding, I'm better off putting this on hold permanently/temporarily.
As an extra note, I was contacted by a few users who are potentially interested in continuing this mod (or making one from scratch). Don't get too excited until it's actually here though just in-case it doesn't fall through.
If this does end up happening there's a chance I'll stop updating the PDF and flowchart, so let me know if that doesn't work for you.
