cannon story is that they are family. landlady etc is just camouflage.

He isekai'd into the body of their family member.
The soul of the man who's body MC is in chose to go to heaven for "reasons" not really explained.
MC has minor mind control powers. He can do full MC but devs only gave it to the teacher and the blond girl first encounter, then the blond girl is all lesser mind control (fill with lust) and only teacher has full mind control.
When he fucks his "family" he evokes the lesser lust mind control on them. Why you for example see the girls eyes glowing purple in the latest teaser picture, its why they're having "incest". (Unless the girls have action together, that's real incest).
The blond goddess gave him the lust power to fuck people for....reasons when he isekai'd into the body he's in. He's collecting lust energy or something, and the goddess approves of coerced incest I guess.

Depends on what you want out of the game.
If you want a good story, characters with some depth, character growth or good ralationship development, forget it.
The story and even the powers the MC get are at best a afterthought.
If you like the models of the girls (especially the young asian looking one) and nice sex scenes, go for it.
Just to clarify, does this mean that the patch is no longer universal i.e. patch needs an update every new release?
So what is the type of sharing/swinging/netorase content in the game? How avoidable is it? What kind of acts take place (sharing love interests with other men, group sex or threesome with just the MC and love interests, etc.)?
