I believe we have reached "enough times" with Rin twice over already, yet this pregnancy thing happens now and not 2 years ago. so I am pretty sure the decision to introduce it is not connected with how much sex mc had with anyone and rather dev trying to move the plot/character arcs. thus its kind of justified to give more highlight to this decision. but ultimately, again, for me now it wont be much of a hassle to rearrange my choices, so whatever really.

I wouldn't assume so. Maybe by adult-game standards or something, but IRL there are plenty of young married couples who don't conceive in the first couple of years, even after humping like rabbits during that whole time. (Just like some get pregnant after the very first sex they ever have.) Hell, even without contraception, there are teens who sleep around and never get knocked up / knock anyone up. (It's risky, ofc, but it definitely happens.) So I guess it depends on in what context specifically you mean. But realistically, while there's a good chance she could be carrying, Rin wouldn't necessarily have already been impregnated.
There previously was some type of apparent tracking (a variable) each time the MC filled her up, even before the latest couple of releases. I don't remember if it started with the very first time, but it wasn't all that long after that there was what looked like tracking. I don't know the dev's plans, but I could see something like this eventually getting used to determine pregnancy:
if rin_preg == True and rin_cp_count >= 4:
I don't remember what the earlier variable was called, so replace the actual name of it for rin_cp_count. Anyway, something like that could be the calculation, which might mean the [person]_preg variables don't automatically yield that result. It's hard to say for sure, ofc.
yeah, we are talking EVEN without contraception lmao. what does this "even", even do here in a context of this dialogue. of course I meant there was already more than enough times mc loaded into her, all of them or almost all of them were without condoms.
well, if there is tracking of how much times mc did Rin, and it will somehow determine her pregnancy, then there was no reason to introduce pregnancy variable in first place, because realistically it should be already included in cp_count, otherwise we will have situation when player misses that lone pregnancy trigger (by sleeping with Molly) and then somehow cp_count=4 does fuck all lol.
again, ultimately no one but the dev knows whats at play here, but I'll say instead of explaining it here or anywhere else (if he wants to explain anything at all) he could've explained it better in game.

And yes, of course I understood you were referring to Rin's creampies from the MC. "Enough times" is a matter of perspective, though. There's no absolute "proper" number to make someone pregnant. That was the point, which you very well know. If you're going to partially quote me (as I did you), at least make sure it remains in context (which mine did). Your cutting off what I said where you did gives the impression I meant something different from what I actually said.Agree to disagree, then. I know everyone gets used to counting variable X and condition Y, but a dev really doesn't need to do that. The MC has already said and/or thought that he and the LIs should use protection. That was also Molly's entire conversation the night before. The dev clearly explained there would be ramifications. I think it was explained just fine.

I havent quoted anything out of context though. the dialogue was about the fact that unprotected sex with Rin occured on multiple occasions, and then in your example, you suddenly started to refer to condoms, and try to emphasize god knows what with "hell, even without contraception" thing like not having protection is a statement that has some kind of overreach when its actually the body of a topic. and yes, there is no concrete number, but thats also not a binary statement where one side being wrong makes other side of a statement right. there is also a good middle ground from which point I stood - there was more than enough sexual acts for pregnancy to happen, years ago in development.I was referring to real-life scenarios, obviously. Some of the most useful features of Renpy are disabled for no reason. No rollback. There's even a Hide button at the bottom of the screen, but it's been broken too, along with Cmd-H.

I believe Cmd + H on a Mac is supposed to minimize the screen, not hide the interface. Hiding should just be H without any modifier key (see

). As for rollback, I actually use that decently regularly in this game as well, so I can assure you it's not disabled. I believe you that it's not working for you; I just have no idea why that would be true.

Yeah, you're right that it's just H. I mistyped. But that still doesn't work. Does the Back link work for you as well? For me, it's greyed out and does nothing.
Its just that i played it a couple years back and thought it would be finished by now
