In my playthrough, MC hid behind a dumpster and absolutely took photos/video to use against his brother later.. Almost as if the scenes depend on your previous choices and the type of relationship you've cultivated with the brother up to that point.

I have a Question about MC and the brother's hate love relationship points...(to get that dumpster scene you mentioned). Are your hate points higher than the love points for MC's brother, or it doesn't matter...as that scene will still happen regardless? (I stopped playing at the point where MC just dropped the girl off at the airport, and then worked at the office and was confronted by the bosses daughter.)
So I'm guessing if the bro hate is higher, MC won't be supporting his brother and Jenny's relationship health. As I noticed when the earlier scene with the voyeurism peek choice was offered, and the bro hate was greater...they are both seen sleeping (no sex happens). And if bro's love is higher...the bro is fucking his wife while the player is watching them go at it.)
Anyways I'm trying to understand the mechanics of this story, and decide what path would be slightly better as a play through (bro hate or love path).

I believe so... As the potential earlier voyer scene mentioned, changes if the bro hate is higher than love. But I could be wrong.

WOW reading the last few dozen pages on comments , i was thinking of downloading updates and continuing but sounds like at some point this game went to hell, havent play it in over a year. So turn to sand box trash and still nada with the brothers wife ... thanks guys saves me wasting time to down load
I agree my playthrough I was always siding with my wife but still got a voyeur scene/ MC just walks away while my brother getting BJ.I'm just not going to worry anymore and return when the game is completed and try it again.
