I tried RenPy_universal_transparent_textbox_mod_v2.6.3_by_Penfold_Mole on this. The font and text colors persisted, making most of the lines unreadable against the background. First game I've come across that thwarts the mod.
Has anyone found another transparent text box mod that works with this game?

for most games that mod only removes textbox background and has nothing to do with font colors.
in this game, and few others (you obviously didnt try yet) thats a whole new kink apparently
p.s.
to get rid of those, you can try attached script.rpy (put it into game folder, together with your textbox mod.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Think it is a bit backwards on words, unless there is another part of the story I was unaware of.

The voyeur sex scene between the brother and his wife only happens if have more "brother" than "rival" points. Sadly, having more "rival" points also means you can't decide to visit the neighbour.
Only by editing the game files sadly. It seems the usual accessibility options (
Shift + A in most Ren'py games) have been disabled.

I want to like this game but god damn, the dumb mc face and shitty font color makes it so hard to enjoy the game. Theres probly a reason why no one else is using color font.
Yeah. What a bummer. Can't figure out why that is though. Apart from the typos and the apparent misspelt media file. The MC did get closer to the redhead, some light groping and exploratory gropes from wife.
Hmm.... me thinks me will be back.
I think that I will have to give up on this one. I like the basic story, but the colors of the text make it too difficult to read.

till there isnt "colored font" tag, which as much as im kidding, would be more than useful to filter and avoid similar colored shit (no kink shaming, yet that is some of the weirdest kinks around i would say
), did you try to search this thread for some solutions?if you try you will most probably find some useful stuff which could help you to get rid of that shit, and play the game as it should be played (at least till the dev abandon this project
).p.s.
and the same goes for any other thread/game - prior to posting "omg, thats it, i just cant get over xyz shit", try to to some thread search, as hardly you are the first one with that problem...even if you are, give it a bit time, and if more people become annoyed by similar thing, there will be some solutions most certainly.
