As in the protagonist being a trained assassin or committing such acts, not exactly, at least at the moment (his cousin Kana from Sicae is one however, and Moon noticed the lad emits a bloodthirsty aura during the meeting on Shu's yacht).

My Bully Is My Lover - (Ch.1 - Ep.3) - [Preview #3] + [Status Report #4]
Hey, guys!
I'm back for a post on this batch of previews and decided to include the 4th status report for a reason.
First of all, here's our current numbers:
Current numbers:
Lines of codes: 2505
Renders: 551
Animations: 11
Music & SFX: 6
I must apologize for taking almost a month to finish this batch of renders. I was trying a new way(at least for me) of animating by using items such as pistons. I believed it should make me animate lewd scenes faster than manually animating each body part I want to move. And well... I ultimately failed. Some animators can make it work, but not in my case, I guess. I'm just not comfortable with them at all.
Body parts glitching, hips swaying from Earth to Mars, broken character spines.
Those are only some of the problems I've encountered while experimenting. While I had some successful tests, the movements weren't that realistic to my taste, so I just scraped it and made the animations from scratch again.
That said, we got to cover a massive chunk of this update regarding renders. So I can finally breathe a little bit.
Now, why did I do both the preview and status report at the same time?
I want to rest for a bit after finishing the rest of the renders, which is expected to be tomorrow or the day after. I still need to code them into the game and apply some music and sfx, but those take little time compared to the renders.
I want to take my time and finalize Aine's next arc before I write it. I feel her current outline is subpar. I want more of her. I want to give her more effort even if it kills me(just kidding ). Something main girl worthy. We've done 120% for Emma and Gwen, but what about her? There's nothing for her yet. Heck, we could consider Gwen or Emma standing as the main girl in terms of audience impact.
I don't want her to become the forgotten one like Sky or Lily. I could've done them so much better, but couldn't with my poor writing back then. So I'm eager to give this one girl justice, and I hope I can deliver. If not, then I'll just go cry in the corner for failing my main girl.
Anyways, I wish you all a productive day, so as for myself.

At least NiiChan does recognize that Lily and Sky have been somewhat left aside. Would be nice to see them taking the spotlight in the future. The guy from the 3rd pic of the preview does seem suspicious though (wonder if it's that same guy that crossed paths with Freya and the protagonist).
No sound during the sex scenes which are few in number, that's the negative point of the game for me, that's my opinion.
But on the other hand, very good story, perfect use of the codes of Japanese animation, light effects, sound, etc. Shu is to die of laughter. Rare are the games that manage to make you feel strong emotions, this game is one of them, Music perfect. Emma's story is of deep beauty and sadness, her solo ending is magnificent, Can't wait for the next update and I will now play at Sicae.

I think the guy in the third picture is the one giving Francis Pretzeloctopus orders (maybe it is his father Bonheur?) who has tired of waiting for Francis to succeed:
Nah i disagree, imo every harem becomes (even more) stupid/unrealistic when the number of girls becomes too much. The girls start to feel shallow and there just isnt enough time/story to involve all of them meaningfull. Sky is in the harem already so i guess she will get content and it will make the incest lovers happy .. but do we really need lily with lots of content anymore?
Gwen, Emma, Aine, Freya, Moon, Skye and klara is one girl for every day of the week already, the only one i would make an expception for is claire but this wont happen

One of the most impeccable aspects of this game that I really fond of is: the variety music selection, at first glance I thought that this game only had the generic/plain music selection. But the more I played it, the more wrong I have become.
Truly, I was awe by the song during beach scene with Sky, the Lofi song in some scene with Emma; then the game continued to surprise me with more good song along the way until the very end. Especially the scene where MC and Gwen both duet the "In Your Arms Again" song, really hit the trigger inside me and it's now became the banger song for me the whole day.
Thanks a lot, Niichan. I really hope that you will introduce to us more banger songs in the next update.

Yeah, I look forward to the music as well, almost as much as the story.
In your arms again is great, but I prefer Caro Luna's A Mi Madre. It's so passionate! Then there is of course the haunting Ballad to a Mexican Desert which I think is good as well.
Oof... Genres like A Mi Madre is just my cup of tea. When I heard the song, I could picture Klara, and I was just like... "yes"Yeah, I look forward to the music as well, almost as much as the story.
May use it again for a certain scene

Even for me Moon was far more intriguing than Lily or Naomi and would want to see more of her in future than them.Man... for this one single sentence, I love you.
Also will be able to drill Aine/Freya's mom in future? Just asking for a friend.

When the Dev speaks in a different language, tey should have in [] what they are saying instead of having the players look then up.
He's right tho. Liliy is cute, but what made me play the game was Aine, and what made me stick to it was Aine and Emma. So to me, I'm happy with them bothMan... for this one single sentence, I love you.

I could go for just Moon, Aine and Gwen story without side track. I mean Lily is cute at all but I prefer that effort on Sicae. MBML fans so happy lately while Sicae fans crying at the corner Joke aside I almost check everyday for Sicae. I want to know how will it connect with MBML. Also, I agree with Krytax123. I love harem but I don't like it with that much girl. And I know it will block NiiChan in the future. More characters mean more reasonable backstory but it doesn't mean more interaction with girls. Every girl will have fans and everybody wants to see their favs more. But with adding more and more girl will decrease that chance. Can't wait to see new updates.

For me, Lily was always part of the main cast of LIs, she is basically longer in the game than some other LIs, so I don't get it, that people don't care for her. I was pretty sad, when she announced, she would be leaving. I thought "NOOOOOO!!!". And I think, the amount isn't too high, even with Lily. I agree, there is no need for more, but forgetting one LI, that was already somewhat established, even with a full background chapter feels just wrong. And I'm happy to see, that the next episode isn't that far away anymore. Can't wait to play on.

This looks really interesting so far, but I'm not downloading any more games that'll make wait months for small updates after I'm already captivated by the story.

Probably not even close but it has loooots of content already and the updates are coming consistent and arent small.
