NiiChan did the serum also negatively affect Kei's personality? He seems to now have a Batman-level of seriousness, almost never smiles, not even when the girls try to cheer him up. I mean, cmon dude, we know you have a duty to fulfill and all but LEARN TO LIVE AND LAUGH A LITTLE....

I might be remembering it wrong, but I'm pretty sure that at some point — maybe in Sicae or in Moon's chapter — it's mentioned that the serum doesn't just change the body, it also affects the personality.

She got so much more interesting and hot as the game went on lol, I remember in the beginning being sad cuz she just felt emotionless and boring (granted its been a long time since I played the beginning)

I was wondering about something else, and since I’m replaying the game, I just got through the part with Gwen’s family conflict. What exactly is her mom’s illness ? There are a few hints, but I’m struggling to figure out what she’s dealing with. Unless it’s revealed later in the game ? Will there be more developments for Gwen ? I really love this character, she’s one of my favorites along with Moon.

Hi, I have a problem with the Chinese font in “My Bully Is My Lover”.

On my Windows 10 computer, when I switch the game language to Chinese, all the text turns into squares (garbled characters / unreadable blocks), but English works fine.

I have already tried installing the included font (JiYingHuiPianHeYuan.ttf), changing my system language to Simplified Chinese, and installing more Chinese fonts, but nothing works.

The same game works fine with Chinese on my other laptop (also Windows 10, Traditional Chinese).

Is there any solution for this? Or is there something wrong with the font or the way the game handles Chinese text on some systems?

From what I understood, the Number Serum alters your DNA, maybe even your soul, and replaces the host’s ‘personality’ with someone else’s, like a forced reincarnation. That became more obvious in Moon’s chapter, when it’s revealed she and the MC were ‘husband and wife’ in a past life. But you don’t actually lose who you are or what you feel. It’s more like a temporary takeover, like someone else is behind the wheel for a while.

I'd take what you've learned from MBML with a grain of salt. When I said I've barely spoiled anything, I wasn't joking.

I was pretty sure it completely changed who the host originally was, but now I’m starting to doubt it. I think I need to replay it… Funny how it feels like it’s been forever, even though it hasn’t been that long.
