If memory serves right, he was injected with the Numbers Serum (the 3rd) so he wouldn't die from cancer when he was around 3 years old. But he never received the training to awaken his potential like Moon (Number 4), Aoife (Number 2) or the others did.

NiiChan what is final arc supposed to mean?
I do get Klara's 1st arc but intro to Emma's final arc this soon is confusing to me unless these final arcs of every LI will span over many episodes.
You can call it building up to their arcs. Emma's final arc is in the next episode.
Chapter 2 is the final Chapter of the game. This will be the last. If that helps clear things up

The images, videos, and audios have been severely compressed, and as a result, the quality has been compromised. If you don't mind compressions, you're still free to install the Android version as is. However, I recommend installing
