yeah. However I wouldn't say not playing Sicae would make the experience worst it does improve it however there some spoilers that is yet to come in Sicae by playing this.

I wonder how many people don't know that Shu's base model was a girl that dev scrapped and decided to turn into a guy friend lol
That's what I remember them saying, though I'm confused why the model seems to have reverted to full girl, unless Niichan made some sort of bonus renders with female Shu.

Yea that make us confused Shu with some fun by his cross dressing on his model . i remember His story and i don't feel he is a girl . it blew our minds
Shu is a female model yes. Although I try my best to flatten his chest, female clothes are breast molded, so I can't get away with those. Most of the time, you see him wear something dark, or anything that has no gloss to avoid reflection and highlighting the boobs.
