From what I understand, the Emma solo ending is more of an alternate route a cool "what if" scenario for players who really connected with her, but probably not the main canon.
She deserves a bit of happiness if spared, i'm sure Moon would understand. Besides, not sparing her will definetly have consequences for Moon's psyche (kinda like killing or sparing Darko in GTA 4)Aoife's not your traditional LI, and won't be a part of the harem, but yes, since she has some form of route, she's still considered LI. She won't be much, but a reward for those who spared her, at least to those who are aware that the route exists.

For this to happen, you need to let Hera slap you when she's being interrogated by MC and Aine when they raid the compound. After that, when Aine meet with her mother in the park, Hera would kiss the MC when she's on her way out.
