Firstly, it is not abandoned. Secondly, even if the "abandoned" tag is up there, it is still not ABANDONED, and thirdly, the dev is working on another Sicae game, and apparently after its update he will focus on this one.
You shouldn't care whether it is abandoned or not, the main thing is to follow the progress.
