Okay so I haven't played Sicae just yet BUT even though both MCs look the same and have the same name 'kei', they're totally different people. Sicae is the prequel so some characters do make an appearance in both games and is somehow connected, but as far as the MC is concerned, they are 2 different people .
But to answer the question, it depends on what you wanna do. I'd rather just finish this then bounce to Sicae

Wow, what can I say... I just finished the current story + the ending set aside for Emma, and you can feel the progression in the writing which is just heart-wrenching. The game is very well done, the author's passion is felt throughout the story. I can't wait to see what happens next! Thanks for your work pal
