I wouldn't worry about it too much, I had never heard of the other game until someone linked it and then the other game is HTML and not Ren'Py. Also it appears the other game is using real porn assets and you are using Daz, so it not as if you are ripping someone off and G28 does not own the rights to College Daze as a title anyway.

Look, if you actually read any of the replies to your previous posts, you would have realized that this isn't about having rights, just common courtesy and making sure to avoid confusion.
I don't think many people would seriously believe the dev had any devious intent, but using the same name as another game is just not the smart way to go about it.
Even triple A devs change the names of their games, when they are the same or too similar to other titles.

Last but not least, just because YOU don't know a game, doesn't mean it's not popular. The many people here who mentioned the original College Daze just on the first two pages of this thread clearly show it is not an unknown or unpopular game.

I don't need to read the replies, because I know I am right. There was no copyright infringement and if people cannot tell the difference between HTML/Real-Porn/G28 and Ren'Py/Daz/FodderGames, then there is no helping them IMO.

That's not really the point. There is just another game with the same name that is still being developed and has been for a long time. Naming this game the same might just be an honest mistake or an attempt to mislead people to click on it. Either way it's best to change the name to avoid conflicts in the future.
