I'd personally say yes, it's easily one of my favorite sandbox "everybody gets fucked" type games along the lines of Summertime Saga and A Struggle With Sin, that being said however, the NTR content does slightly outweigh the vanilla content but not by a large margin, you can prevent NTR scenes for some characters through certain actions (when Anna races PE Teacher, interact with her water bottle on the bench, don't sleep with the prostitute at the strip club or the other prostitute in the apartments to prevent NTR with Rei and Eris.)
Honestly very disappointed with this update. Scenes with Isabelle are very weak. The priestess costume is not sexy and the last and second to last scenes are the same scene in different temple and school settings. I can't believe that this was done by the same person who did all the quests of Ophelia and the neighbor from the massage parlor.
I hope it will be much better in the future and the main character will have the opportunity to subjugate the entire city and all the women there, pushing aside the principal and the gym teacher, seizing the school and the strip club as his own property.

After picking up Eris' panties, speak to the old guy on Friday morning to give it to him, then on weekend mornings you can train with him. I dont think he has a bubble on Friday morning so that's why you may have missed him, he's the old guy in the bottom of that screenshot.
If he isnt there then try to wait until next week Friday and see if he's there. If he still isn't, then just use MTool to just cheat agility stats.

how did you install the latest version of the game? If you copied the new files over the old pre-existing game folder it wont work, you have to extract the latest version to its own folder and take the save folder from your old directory to the new one.
If thats not what you did tho, then what did you do before that error showed up?
I always make a new folder for new versions. I copied just the save folder from the old version. The error showed up whenever I entered the home for some reason

I just checked, didn't get the error, I went on to install the .264 Ingrid patch however (I was on .262) and got the error so its most likely caused by that. I went ahead and reverted to the .262 because the Ingrid bug is a minor one and this bug is more annoying than that one.
Because events in this game is time based, there should be a notification system, e.g. "something happens right now in wednesday afternoon involving Rei in the downtown and Ophelia in the school gym".
So we don't have to check the attic to know when and where the next event is going to happen.

This is too much, what you are suggesting. Look at Warlock and boobs without notifications and nothing, no one complained, and the game is a game and should not play itself. The point is to find it yourself and if it does not work, then look for a solution, and not the author should lead everyone by the hand. What is missing is the inscription what day of the week it is and what time it is at the moment so that you do not have to click for this while looking at your mobile phone.
I wouldn't be "complaining" (actually suggesting) if there's an up to date walkthrough like Warlock and Boobs (no one complained? seriously? people still complaining about the absence of gallery and still asking how to start some events already written in the walkthrough).
And I wouldn't suggest this if there hadn't been any similar attempt to compile the events, there was in the outdated walkthrough in the form of a table at the bottom.
And if that takes away the "game" for some people, there's no need for it to be as detailed as I suggested, it was just a rough example. It can be done like in Scars of Summer, where the heart indicator appear in map where an event happens, you still have to find out where exactly, something like that. It's a very convenient feature.
