You have to play the storyline until you visit the beach with everybody.

I'm in the same situation and definitely way past that. My agi/str are maxed but nothing happens on the day it's supposed to happen.

Either play it yourself or go to the gallery room in the attic, which you can get the key for in the glasses guy's room when he's not there. iirc you have to try to go into the attic, talk to Rin and then the key will be the flashing item in the glasses' room. Once you open it it's sorted by girl and the non-NTR are the blue ones at the top, the NTR are the red ones below and you can unlock the character's scenes by pressing the thing near the top of that character's screen.

Not sure if it is for the midnight visit for Rin, but orphanstudio just released a bugfix for a rin event within the second floor of the house (map 90). Hopefully that is the midnight visit fix, I can't do it on my current saves, but I have one at the beginning of the game to test with.

The Loading error happened occasionally when opening the phone. Currently the game is unplayable. Hope they fixed it on the next version.

The grind is discouraging and bugged. On top of that some NTR points are rng based.
The Rei and PE teacher ntr grind is a disaster.
I will be back when the dev implements impregnation content for the three teachers.
Literally Rei is the most unappealing character for me...

If I remember correctly Ingrid is at the alley on the upper side of downtown.
And to trigger Eris NTR route you have to refuse her when you arrive home and she greets you in a costume.
