There are several. One in the gym, one in the shower and so on.
Just check where Anna (gym girl) is and see what she's up to. That way you will find every scene.

Procesd with the main storyline in order to unlock the beach scene.
You need to pick Rin during the swimsuit scene, to gain +1 love. If you don't you are fucked.

Your luck is too high you can lower it using rpgmaker mv cheat menu plugin or by using online save editor
