Replace "real parents" with birth parents or progenitors, and fake parents with adoptive parents and I'll consider it.
Calling adoptive parents "fake" is highly insulting and for someone who was adopted, I find the synopsis offensive!

I find the word synopsis very offensive ( In an abstract kind of way ). Its a Game ( and not yours ) Welcome to a world, where its ok, to be offended.
