To my brethren who would like to run this on Linux using browser (index.html). Other than allowing the browser to open local files you have to rename Audio, Movies and Font folders to use lowercase only (e.g. Audio -> audio).

Finished the game, got both A & B Ending(1st you need to get B Ending 1st, then A Ending which is the bittersweet 1), said that there's CG Mode... But seems like i haven't encountered the CG Mode... May i know where to access CG Mode?

I feel like the game was purposefully manipulating folks. Between the word egg in the title and not only the colors of the egg, but the particular order of the colors.
