So do I understand this correctly? This is a sandbox game. Whereby the MC blows through the first part AT HOME and then travels to Russia. Good so far.

Then MC enters his temporary Russian "home" (in a sandbox game) goes to his bedroom (in a sandbox game) finds a PC (in a sandbox game) and without any warning whatsoever (in a sandbox game) he's NOT SUPPOSED TO OPEN OR EXPLORE CERTAIN ELEMENTS on his PC (in a sandbox game) because by doing so (in a sandbox game) he will effectively fuck himself out of a major shop-girl-slash-riddle-conversation that instructs and allows the MC to gain the money required to advance the...uhhhh...sandbox game!?!?!
