I'm missing these 4 scenes, are they currently unlockable in this version of the game, because as of rn it says I have no tasks left (it has said that before, and I've found more tasks, so it is giving me trust issues)

Yes those scenes can be unlocked in this version. In order to unlock them though it's a whole series of events that happen rather early in the game and in fact after you have your first dinner with the family.
To sum it up you have to talk to Olya after she leaves the table in anger with her dad, let some time to pass, then go to Lida and ask for money, then she will send you to her husband and he will give you the "idea" of helping his daughter make money by creating a web shop. You will then have to go and find, a web camera (for free from the shop if you answer correctly the 5 riddles Lia gives you) at which time the police officer will come by and arrest you again and you get to see the bj from the cop. Also you get to buy dresses from your phone which you give them to Olya and then you take pictures of her and post them in your web shop.

When you are done you should have something like that when you turn on your pc and select Photo Store.

Seems dev wants to wrap up, with v15 (probably) being the final update. I'm kinda afraid we'll end up with an unbalanced - rushed to finale - game here; as of v13 there's no sexual content with Anya, worse yet, she completely disappeared from the game. And then there's Olya (hot!), we haven't had sex with her yet (but she was voted most popular girl right?) Then there's mom (Lida) o/c: no sex yet. And some more Masha I wouldn't say no to. Another fuck with the maid perhaps?

To summarize a little about the game so far (v13)

Lida: Yes, there was an initial story. In fact, there were 2 sex scenes: one in the protagonist's room, although without depth and brief, and another in the clothing store. According to the story, her conflict with Derek shows that there should be one or two more scenes with her.

Olya: Since its launch, it was asked to have a leading role, and until now we have seen it in a photo shoot. The last one, in a studio. Apparently v14 has one more scene with Olya in the studio (I assume there will be sex here, as happened with Mia in MCR, also in a studio) and to that add that the future V15 will have another scene with her

Anya: Here I am right that it did not have a leading role (unless in v14 it does, right at the end). We'll see.

From today, until now, there are 13 updates. If v14 has 3 scenes, we have to assume that v15 will have 3, 4 or even 5. That gives material for an expected closure of this game. Maybe v15 will be released in May-June of this year.
