It's been a while since I last played this game, but I think you have to be there at the right time of day. Doesn't the hints say what time of day you should try?

The hint says that you have to be in Ivan's office during the EVENING or NIGHT to get to his laptop. Earlier in the game, you make your first attempt to retrieve the info from his laptop, but you are unable to because it is password-protected. When you are told to try again by the "agent" at school, you go back to Ivan's office at home which is always highlighted with the yellow exclamation sign, yet there is never a laptop physically on his desk at either EVENING or NIGHT time. How does this laptop just "disappear" or is there an obvious glitch within the game code? Or is there a specific pattern to objectives that you're supposed to complete in order for the laptop animation become "available" for you to access?

Am I the only one with this problem? I used to play this game, but I can't play it now,after loading the game the game closes,as administrator also does not run
