it depends where you are in the game

it takes time to get the 5th heart so patience will you get it while you keep playing keep on being nice to her and make coffee and if you do have sex with makes sure you let the heart bar reach the top
go to the fourth page you will see it there
and make sure you rename it by taking out the 1234_ numbers when you download it from here it will add 1234_
so make sure you rename it to 4-1-LT1.save
