Do you mean that scene we speaking about ?
If yes ... you can skip when you want , don't click the red penis when is full or wait until the scene is skipped automatically ... because you create the save problem.

No you have not to wait untill all is full , if you want you can skip when the penis is red and , if there is an alternative as an arrow , also if the penis is not red
