There is no update really, just new version that you has to download in full. Saves are stored in a different location than the game files so they will still be available unless you deleted them for the AppData as well. Assuming you are on Windows.
Putting in a separately downloaded save works like this. You make sure you rename it to its correct form as the download will attach a long number to it then put it into that AppData/Roaming/RenPy/My_cute_roommate1 folder.
If you never played this before, first launch the game and save so the folder will be created.

1.Download the game on first page
2.Download the bugfix in my signature or the bugfix on page 716
3.Extract both the game and bugfix
4.Open the bugfix folder select all and copy
5.Open the game and then go to game folder and paste Location where to paste is My_cute_roommate-130ex-win\My_cute_roommate-1.3.0ex-win \game

for the save if it's your first time download a save from someone and put in save folder but first you need make a new folder and call it saves and put the save file into save folder

G:\DOWNLOAD\My_cute_roommate-130ex-win\My_cute_roommate-1.3.0ex-win\game\saves

you don't have to put it into this folder at all
AppData/Roaming/RenPy/My_cute_roommate1 folder

Where the f*ck is this changelogs after 1.10 version? Which things add the game after 1.10? I ask this question and wait to add this sh*t like a 1-2 month. I'm realy curious about this why no one add this and why no one ask this? (Yeah ı can play and find which things add but thats not my asking)

I play this game like 1.0 version ago but my all saves gone because game system updated ı gues. Any of guyz have 1.0 progress or like save game?

you can go here and edit your save file look for cousin > heart (number) change it to cousin > heart (100)
