You can unlock all the pictures you see.
Buy DVD at the store , switch on TV and select them ... if you want in 4k fullscreen HDR

how did you install the bugfix?

you can't just put the rar file or the folder into the game folder it will not work

you have unrar it and copy the rpy files and paste it into the game folder

or you can try bugfix on page 716 if mine doesn't work for you
