Sometimes happens if you load a save near that point.
Try rollback a little , say goodbye and reenter in college , or retry with a previous save near that point.

went to barbaras house to get the red folder was having sex with her and then it show the mc fucking the librarian is there a fix for this or can i get a save just pass this point? thanks

Video Jump is solved by the bugfix labels.rpy ... if you are in Windows.
There is an all in one bugfix by rayminator in OP.
A new save I think doesn't solve that problem.
Or you can post your save , I can try it on version bugfixed ... I hope

The viewing is easy to do .
Speaking about the time penis become red or put something to exit before ... you need to patch the code in the game.
