(otherwise UCLA, UCB aka Cal or USC for certain as far as California schools.) Trope was talking about ivy leagues though and Stanford is the lone west coast ivy league school. Although in retrospect seeing as how both Daphne and Scarlett are heavily into STEM disciplines , CalTech, UCB or UCLA with it's medical program might be preferable to an ivy league.

To be fair, Stanford has one of the strongest medical programs in the country, and their hospital not only gives students strong connections in the medical and research fields, but also (if a person is interested) in Veterans Affairs, since they work closely with the local VA hospital, which might be useful in My Dorm's current circumstances.I doubt Scarlett is going to be playing (American) Football.
