Yes. There will be different types of X-somes in My Dorm.
Only one threesome that has mandatory lesbian content and is blocked if the player doesn't allow lesbians
Others can have lesbian content (bi-curious) if the player hasn't blocked it or, if the player has blocked it, that part of the threesome won't be visible.
Others won't have any interaction between the girls
There won't be any girl-on-girl action without the MC present. Lesbian (or bi-curious) interactions will always be with the MC present.

Scarlett and Daphne aren't lesbians. They only practice kissing. There isn't any lesbian scene yet.I'm at day 5 but don't want to see the lesbian content. If don't teach them how to kiss does it close all the paths with them?
If you don't teach them you'll miss the threesomes with them, but you can open their individual paths later.
You can block lesbian content at the end of Day 6 with a choice that will prevent any kind of interaction between girls

I'm just amused that some people are so averse to two girls kissing in front of the MC or messing around with the MC together that they're willing to entirely forgo a girl in the harem that that content unlocks.
Wow. How fast this game went downhill. The concept of family or forbidden relationships are just in the name only. Its been 2-3 days sinch he came back home and already talking about and actually bedding his own blood. This game would make more sense without the incest tag actually.

New version, new players with the same concerns as those who have already played it. I consider it logical. I don't share the worries but I understand them.
