:unsure: Hmm, this review topic, raised in me the question, how important is it for the decision to play or skip a game?
I'm talking about the personal relevance in the process of making a decision if you play a game or not.
I for example ignore completly the review section;
(I read it after I made my own opinion of the game, and only in those games which are my favorites)
I think it is a totally subjective matter, and to write a fair review,(which could be used as a decision factor) it takes also the talent of the reviewer to express it as constructive critic, not talking about those who write their honest opinion, this is expressed in the way they write (good, or bad, doesn't matter)
for me it is more relevant:
  1. the Artwork
  2. the plot
  3. the tags
  4. Gameplay
if the dev interacts with the fanbase, and how he interacts,
how is the comunity of fans, if I have questions how fast they answer
if there is a need for walktrough or not (not so important) etc.

Do we give the reviews maybe more weight as they have ? (I understand that for someone involved in the game and for the Developer himself it has another dimension of impotance; not talking about that)
I admit that more often I take the reviews more as an atack as the dev himself.

There are several problems with review systems, in general, regarding how representative they are of the broader overall response to whatever is being reviewed. Some of the more significant problems include small sample size, lack of sample randomness, variance in individual definitions of terms and concepts, and subjective evaluation methods. People tend to only review things they really like (have praise to give) or really dislike (have an axe to grind), and tend not to review things about which they do not feel strongly. This is not to say that all reviews are worthless; the more specific and articulate reviewers are with constructive praise and constructive criticism, the more valuable the feedback is.

My favorite version of this gif ( or should I call this a meme because I found it in the meme section and not the Gif section) is the perfect loop version like this one

v.0.11B Release Schedule and Table of Contents (Patreon/SS public post)
I come today with great news. The update is finished!
I was aiming for a Sunday release but the proofreader did a terrific and fast job and I've finished today. I'm compiling it right now and then I should upload it to Mega/Gofile, so you can expect a Spanish afternoon release.
So the Release Schedule is as follows:
Martha's Savior and Meemaw's Joy Tiers: Today. August 19th
Norah's Favorite: August 23rd
Emma's Own: August 26th
Daphne's Teacher: August 29th
Erika's Knight in Shining Armor: September 1st
Scarlett's First Love: September 4th
Free release: September 7th

What happens in the update?
* Lisa's situation explained (several times)
* Alexia meets the family
* Emma
* Pandora box continues opening
* Scarlett's date

I'll add the changelog in the Release post. Compiling and extracting dialogue to count words can't be done at the same time.
Is it better to play the updated version 011b with a new game Instead of using an update from an older save? I'm wanting to find out if there's any new content or dialogue lines added.

I'm not sure if you mean a bug fix or what, but 11b isn't a fix, it's the second half of the day. It's 100% completely new content.

Currently, each "update" number represents one full day, but if Trope feels the day is getting too big, he breaks it into two separate updates, naming them "##a" and "##b" instead of re-numbering them.

As Elhemeer says, 11B is a new full update. I had to split Day 13 (v.0.11, yes, I know, my version numbering is weird) in two because it got out of hand and I didn't have enough time to finish it before my vacation.
When I start writing a "day", I have a list of things that should happen on that day and a list of things that will happen at some time but may happen on that day or on the next days. If I don't split it (the last time I didn't split was 0.8) all is nice and, at least all the "shoulds" are there, with perhaps some of the "mays". When I split, because of time constraints, I add a lot of the "mays" to give every update enough punch and length.
Example for 0.11, the full table of contents of what happens on that day is this:
The wake-up scene with Martha.
Breakfast with Kim, Debbie, and Betty.
Run in the woods with Kim and Debbie. A new character shows up.

Dad is calling.
Jamaal's call.
Awkward conversation between Betty and Martha.
Saira.
Meemaw, Norah, and Kate talk about stuff.
An expected arrival in unexpected company.
_____________________________________________
Lisa's situation explained (several times).
Alexia meets the family.
Emma.
Pandora's box continues opening.
Scarlett's date.

The "shoulds" are in bold, and the "mays" are in regular font.
That doesn't mean the "mays" are fillers, they are scenes that are planned to happen at some time but not necessarily on day 13. I added them because they looked like the right moment ("Dad is calling" has more punch the day after having sex with Martha for the first time, for example) or because I have the time to do it and needed to flesh out the update, or because I added some "mays" ("Alexia meets the family" would not happen without "Meemaw, Norah, and Kate talk about stuff" being added previously).

Yes, I know, a weird way to write a story, but having the (auto-imposed) compromise of publishing monthly makes these things happen.

No new content has been added to previous updates, so I guess continuing your save from 0.11A would be the best.
You also can start a new game making different choices.

That's logical. The mod uses the name the MC is giving to the different characters. When the MC meets Samantha, even if she's like a second aunt/mom to him, he calls her "Mrs. Washington" ("(Mrs. Washington, Jamaal's mother, and one of my first crushes. Certainly my first interracial crush. Since she became a widow, she has worked hard to support her two children.)").
A bit later she tells him "You make me feel old when you call me Mrs. Washington. You can call me Samantha, we're all adults now. *Chuckles*"

With Meemaw that doesn't happen. She is and always will be Meemaw (it means Grandmother in some southern US states). Other people (mainly Martha (unpatched), Betty, and people not in the family) call her Olivia, but not the MC or his sister/cousins. Meemaw is exclusively used by the MC, Emma/Daphne/Erika call her Grandma, and Norah (and Martha in the patched version) calls her Mom.

To be honest.. I am not from "the south" (in proper accent tone), nor is any part of my family or influence thereof, but the "Meemaw" moniker I had never really heard outside of meme worthy jabs at certain political families or the "butt" end of jokes about deep south inbred hick families who have never seen the light of normal society (and should never). So seeing it in this game was like "Ok... porn game.. porn logic.. almost anything goes.. sure why not.. half the stuff in porn games are parodies and memes anyway..sure". But used here, its an endearing tone rather than any of disrespect or belittling. So I guess its refreshing to see. Although.. half the time I read it.. I still hear it in Seth Meyers's voice in my mind. ;)

It's also the term Sheldon Cooper used for his grandmother.

If you ever watched the big bang theory, Sheldon used to call his grandma meemaw, it really is an endearing name for a grandson to call his grandma.

Ah.. yea, never really watched the series, but that does ring a bell of a few clips online. Cant speak to the tone used there, but thats good.

-I will just hold the rest of my thoughts regarding anything and everything "primetime TV" for the last long while to myself for now.

MC: Meemaw
Erika/Daphne/Emma: Grandma (even in the unpatched version, as they don't know they are clones)
Martha: Mom/Olivia (patched/unpatched)
Norah: Mom (My mother/your Grandma when talking with one of the kids)
Betty: Olivia (sometimes your mother/your Grandma/my sister when talking with others)

I got it from The Big Bang Theory, as Dragon59 and blobbo66 said.

It's also the term Sheldon Cooper used for his grandmother.
It's stated that the MC copied it from Alt-Sheldon on day 6 when Norah and Martha were talking about inviting Olivia to spend some days with them:
mom "[mc] won her over the day he called her "Meemaw" because of that scientist TV series. And he had no idea that's what she called her grandmother."
