It felt very abrupt.
Like it went from cosy moment to akward with random question about cake.

As Avaron1974 answered you, the urination is not sexual, the violence is between men, and... what titfuck has of weird? It's vanilla!
The relationships still aren't ripe enough for anal, although the MC has brought up the issue a couple of times.
