When are the last group of Students due to arrive? MC was thinking about leaving in two weeks to check out the company, for an unspecified length of time.
It'd be interesting to see the effect of his absence on the integration of the new girls into the collective, given it's been repeatedly stated that MC is the one building the new family and it's centered around him. Like, yea, the new girls could very well get along with all the current girls, but it'd be different without MC to act as a catalyst like normal.
But say that all goes well, the New Girls get introduced to everyone and start getting comfortable, becoming friends to varying degrees with all the Current Girls, how different is MCs introduction to them going to be than if he was there from the start?
The Current Students were collected by MC, getting to know him a bit on upon collection and the drive home, the Kissing Greeting was established and expanded in anticipation of their arrival so they'd get used to it quickly, they slowly get absorbed into the family and get the Cloneversation shortly after the core family for lack of better phrasing. Various students and the girls in general, know about various other girls dating MC, but not everyone who is dating him.
But if MC is gone away while the new girls arrive or start arriving, they're kinda going to be lulled into a false sense of normality.
There'd be no connecting or bonding with MC upon arrival and collection.
They wouldn't get exposed to the Kissing Greeting which now encompasses everyone.
They wouldn't, I imagine, get the Cloneversation, as that seems to be MC job with his deciding who to trust, and that could cause some complications depending on whether or not Amanda and Eva travel abroad with MC, or stay with the family.
The open secret of MC being in a relationship with multiple women, but no one other than MC knowing who all the girls are, not even the women he's dating, could come across a lot weirder than it perhaps already is, if explained in his absence.
Now, of course the Family are going to discuss MC while he's gone occasionally or frequently, especially with the various revelations cued to be revealed after The Birthdays, so the new students won't not have heard of and about him, but the reality of MC and his actually living with them, would be completely different from what they'd imagine.
Whereas if the New Students aren't due until after MC comes back from his trip to the company, then girls can be inducted in a much more controlled manner, rather than their introduction to MC being seeing him swarmed be his girlfriends starved of his presence and company
