That is very difficult to do technically. Even in AAA games, you can see some poke through, because calculating all the possible collisions would be too demanding. Right now Daz3D engine allows for ONE collision object per figure, and that object can't be another human figure if the main one is already a human figure. It's thought to avoid poke-throughs with clothing and hair.
It's great that more and more tools appear so people without a lot of technical knowledge, like me, can make their own games. There are a lot of great ideas out there that haven't become a game due to the technical difficulty of doing it. As the tools evolve, I think we will see more and more games appear.
