Yes, I downloaded it directly from their Patreon. All the versions I downloaded also crash at exactly the same part. Right after the introduction it crashes and closes the game.

Did you try to play with a Save of end of Season 2 or did you try to start a "new Game"?
I tried to use the old save from season 2, but unfortunately it didn't work. There is an error when loading, and when I start a new game during the introduction it closes by itself.

- The game will prompt you to make a save at the end.
- Load that save on Part 3.

Does the game close after the sentence "The game will close, don't panic" said by Jamaal when starting a new game?
I think that's working as planned.

As FatGiant and gwalc say below, you can't start a New Game in Season 3. The button is there and it works as designed. It shows Jamaal telling the player that a save from Season 2 is needed and that the game will close (and telling a couple of jokes).
Every save from Season 2 is compatible with Season 3. The only problem is that, if the save isn't from the last chapter in Season 2, it won't show the images.

You can just edit your previous post to add this info in. I am still confused though if you are playing the official android, and saved in the right spot you shouldnt have any issues with part 3.
I mean when i ran through it i started part 2 without a save and played right through with zero issues.

So your save loads, if you can do a screenshot. Rollback one dialogue line and send us the screenshot, please. Or tell me the last sentence of the update (Dialogue, not the "Save here" screen).
