We don't do that in Canada (at least, not in Quebec), but herring is something we eat a lot through the year tho. It's one of the most common fishes in supermarket.

I don't think there's a gallery yet (and if there is I forgot). What there is, is character profile images separated into type (dress, topless, nude, costume, D&D, etc.) which were introduced in S2 and will eventually be added to S1 when that version is rebuilt for Steam. (which will be slightly different due to some rules they have ...)
Season 1 doesn't have a gallery yet. As Elhemeer said, it was introduced in Season 2. The profiles screen at the start of the Season, and the gallery in the last update.
