It's weird. It's trying to return from Chapter 15 (c15.rpy) to Chapter 12 (c12s008_Kiara_EN), that's Season 1 and obviously can't find it.
I think that, perhaps, it has something to do with how Joyplay managed the saves, since no one reported it previously, but it's totally weird. I would recommend you to start a New Game in Season 2 (you will need to answer a small questionnaire, no more than 5 minutes) so you have a clean save.
I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but I don't know how JoyPlay works.
No, that's a deprecated system to convert the game into a SFW version (no porn, no boobs).

Season 1, 2 and 3 need to be played separately. You could start at season 2 and answer a questionaire also but then you miss out the actual content of season 1.
