As I said: NO IDEA! As far as I can recall, I've NEVER eaten flan.

I prefer panna cotta over flan. Panna cotta is slightly richer taste and texture over flan. But the caramel is very yummy with flan. I'm sure Alexis likes it since she is a latina loves flan.
