settings and language yes but general and walkthrough seems wrong?
That's the Spanish version. The breadcrumb path written in English (in the Spanish version) is to get to where the language can be changed to English: Settings > Language > English.
The rest of the menu is written in the correct language (General is the same word in Spanish, and Walkthrough is so widely used that I wouldn't know how to write it in Spanish besides some long sentence like "Guía de decisiones")

Yeah, I was checking the spanish version for translation errors ;)

And found out that there are none :)

"general" (eng) is the same and same meaning in spanish also spelled the same , Walkthrough, is seen as "Anglo-Americanism" nowadays, instead of the Spanish version "Mapa de Juego" or "Guia de Juego paso a paso"; which are not accurate if you translate them literally, (gamemap or gameguide* /conceptual Walkthrough)
*forgot the steps ( step by step guide)
