When I was a child, 8 or 9 years old, my parents wanted me to make coffee with a mocha after meals. It was something I hated. So I started to protest by spitefulness. I mixed coffee powder with various things. yes of course. with minimal amounts of certain spices you can give it a bit of a boost. That wasn't what I was doing, though. I was doing it out of spite.

Tonic Water was when I discovered that I am a rarity. I love the taste of it. I also discovered that I can eat Lemons like they are Oranges. Or eat garlic as others eat almonds. I don't like soda - unless there's scotch. And I can't stomach seafood at all - maybe a bite of ceviche now & then. But that has to do with the summer I spent doing cannery work ages ago.Tonic Water was when I discovered that I am a rarity. I love the taste of it.
