Awesome sex scenes but only thing that bothers me is the use of Glands, Labia, clitoris to describe a sex scene only people that use those words are Doctors and Shy virgins lol kind of a turn off to me so i usually skip the narration.

I use those words in the "voice" of the narrator. I try to make "him" as impersonal as I can to differentiate "his" sentences from what the characters say. It's on purpose done from a non-native speaker's perspective.

Totally with you on Emma's hairstyle change. If think the newer one is super-unflattering and am glad Amanda is around now so I can still look forward to scenes with "Emma" without the new hair. One of the very few things about MD that I don't love.
It is interesting to read all the posts RE hairstyles - seems to be a bigger deal to us guys (Lafleurs?) than I ever would have thought.

That's more or less the idea. Lisa goes from Airport > Old one > New one as she feels more comfortable around the people at home.
The old one (although messy) was inaugurated in her nightmare scene, where she starts to open up to the MC. The new one will be used for the first time in a place where she feels 100% secure (that's why the poll is for 0.23 and not 0.22) and can be totally herself without fear of being judged.

Only if you aren't in the needed paths.
For example, you will miss the lewd scenes with Martha if you aren't on her path.
You won't miss the foursome with Erika, Daphne, and Emma even if you aren't on the three paths because the game shows a What if.
Even with Maddie's different paths, it shows a What if, so you can see the three scenes.
If you mean two scenes colliding where you should choose one or the other, no, that won't happen. You will never need to choose between going to the cinema with Erika and having a date with Daphne, for example. You will go to the cinema first and then to the date.
You could miss variations in a scene (pregnancy, path combination, etc.) but not the whole scene.
The only exception is Edmund's story arc. If you didn't pick up his call, the arc won't happen.
